Apartaments Comte d'Empuries

Hello, I stayed in a Comte d'Empuries apartment in August 2026. Disappointment with the kids' club; the activity leaders barely speak French or English, and the activities are minimal. Only 4 children maximum go to the kids' club, and the activity leaders do not make an effort to talk to the young people and teenagers for the activities. Yet there is a schedule announced at the front desk (photo attached), but few things actually happen; a big disappointment, no entertainment, it is gloomy and very quiet... I went there 15 years ago and it was not at all the same; it was much livelier. Furthermore, the parking is €12.50 per day!! An excessive rate considering there is a large empty lot behind the building. In addition, the swing at the entrance has been removed; it was there years ago, and children and teenagers used to gather there in the evening. It's a shame, it has become very quiet and not lively; for me, the activity schedule is misleading compared to the reality on site. Sincerely

Clean apartment, very well located with a double pool. Easy free parking around the accommodation. Large walk-in shower. Pleasant staff. Maybe a bedside table is missing in the bedroom to put the phone on.

Very well located, everything is nearby so full board is not necessary, free parking outside the residence. The simple buffet didn't have too many choices but was sufficient. Apartment with a view of the pool, pleasant stay, everyone was happy.
