They cheated on me. Three months ago I tried to make my booking. Since I didn't get a confirmation after filling in my details I assumed that no booking had been made and I booked another hotel. Now I received a bill of 800 eur on Lambyx Nature via my credit card. After a lot of research, this turned out to be at the same address as Finca El Ventos. When I asked for clarification, they indicated that this amount was for a no show and showed that they had my correct address, phone number and email. I've never been contacted by it on any of them.
I have never experienced this before, if anyone has advice on how to deal with this I would like to hear it.
