Excellent apartments, very clean and spacious with everything you need to be comfortable. Reception team really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Entertainment was great, something for all ages. Great location, close to all amenities. Would definitely recommend and will be returning

Love this hotel! No sunbed wars, spotless, friendly staff, local to everything. This isnt our 1st stay here but its our first stay since Cedric ( the entertainer) started. He honestly made our holiday! He really works his backside off and tries so hard with everyone encouraging as many as possible to join in the activities. Our children enjoyed loved the activities especially Water polo. He has made a big difference to the hotel. Having a shop in reception which is open 24 hours is so handy, and being able to use the Altair pool is a bonus. We enjoyed going in the bubble pool ( as my 3 year old would say ) The bar staff were also friendly and tried to engage with guests making jokes and playing tricks. Will definitely return again

Honestly lovely hotel . Clean , staff are lovely , No sun bed wars , able to put towels down for 9am & could always get a sunbed . You can also use the sister hotel pool next door at the Altair if wanting more of a chilled vibe . Rooms have everything you need . We can as a family of 2 adults , child age 12 & 8 and loved it . Location is also perfect not far from shopping centre & restaurants. Small shop inside hotel which has a few bits but there is a shop 2 min walk outside the hotel which is open till 10pm which has everything you need . There is small selection of food available from the bar breakfast was nice & kids enjoyed chips & pizza. Big selection of drinks & slushes for kids. Entertainment during the day & evening . Cedric who does the entertainment Is the best ! This hotel would be lost without his , he’s funny , amazing with the kids & adults and a really lovely bloke . We came back a couple of weeks ago with no kids and stayed at the sister hotel next door the Altair & found these rooms a lot bigger we still got beds round the Cala dor pool as there was more going on. You won’t be disappointed! Definitely booking again next year . Cedric deserves a massive round of a applause as you are Cala dor & after speaking to a lot of family’s there you are the reason a lot of family’s return 🤍xx
