Horrible if you are not a smoker because smokers and vapers roam freely without anyone saying anything to them, in the pool area, on the lounge chairs. Cigarette butts and ash appear on the terraces of the floor below. Disgusting. Not recommended at all.

My experience in this 4-star hotel was below expectations, especially given the amount paid for the stay. One of the aspects that most disappointed me was the fact that meals did not include drinks, which I consider unsuitable for a hotel of this category. I also didn't like to see *****-up employees cooking meals in the same buffet while the guests were serving each other. In my opinion, it would be more professional for employees to use their own space, such as the kitchen or the area for employees. Another negative point was the organization of the restaurant. On more than one occasion, we were directed to a table that was still dirty, having to wait for it to be cleaned before we could sit down, which does not convey a good picture. The reception also left much to be desired. It was the first time we stayed in this hotel. We were only given the meal times and the room, but they did not show us or explain what the other services, facilities or amenities of the hotel were, nor what we could enjoy during the stay. I think a 4-star hotel should provide a much more complete reception. The most positive point was undoubtedly the fourth. It was very comfortable and, being the last of the hallway, it provided more privacy and tranquility, having only neighbors on one side. The hotel has an excellent location, in a very touristic area, which is an added value. However, for the price charged for the stay, I expected a much more careful and professional service. There are several aspects that need to be improved to match the level of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations and, for this reason, I do not intend to stay again in this hotel nor would I recommend it to those seeking a true 4-star service.

We asked when we checked in if we could have an apartment with seaview and the reseptionist confirmed that we had seaview. We did not get what she promised. We only saw the pool. She told us that the hotel was full so we could not change the room, but when we checked at internet there was rooms with seaview available. She lied to us and that is not okey. The rooms are nice.
