Positives: it’s clean and the food at the pool bar and Don Miguel (ala carte) are really good. Enough sunbeds and a nice spa apartment. Market next to the hotel if you want snacks or water. It’s a big hotel, but not noisy. Entertainment for both adults and kids every night. Less positive: average food at det buffet’s. It needs small upgrades to be a 4’th star hotel. Quite a distance to the beach. Approximately 20 min walk. Cheap taxi though.. The hotel has a bus- transfer for a beach, but that’s a beach in Maspolamas. We preferred the beach in Playa del ingles. Some of the artists are almost unpleasant to listen to.

This is a fantastic place for a holiday. The hotel caters mostly to Dutch and Spanish guests, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. The resort is absolutely spotless, and the staff work exceptionally hard to maintain that standard. Any issues around or in the pool were resolved almost immediately—huge thumbs up! The team behind the bars were fantastic, always happy and smiling, and the animation team worked tirelessly to make our trip memorable. The food was standard all-inclusive fare, and we had no complaints. You can get freshly made hot dogs and burgers at the pool bar throughout the day. (Pro tip: if you're expecting steak every night, all-inclusive probably isn't for you!) Our room was spacious and clean. While the corridors felt a bit dated, it didn't bother us. The spa was amazing, and the Dead Sea area is a must-try—all included in the price except for massages. We did have a few minor downsides, mostly regarding the evening entertainment. The "live music" was a bit of a disaster. I respect anyone brave enough to perform on stage, but the music was catered to a much older crowd and was quite boring—except for Friday’s themed party, which was brilliant. The children's entertainment and animation team shows were held indoors, and those were actually very good. Suggestion for management: Swap the venues! Put the lively animation shows outside where there’s more space, and move the quiet live music inside. Also, note that there is no air conditioning in the indoor show area. Overall, a solid 4 stars from us. If the hotel swaps the entertainment venues around, it would easily be a 5-star stay.

We had a really enjoyable stay here last week. The food was excellent, there was plenty of choice as well as the amazing a La Carte lunch time restaurant which we highly recommend. We generally went to breakfast around 8am and dinner around 6:30-7pm, we never had issue with sitting on a table for 4 outside, unless we were slightly later, and it can get busy but tables soon came up. It was busy, but the queues at bars etc quickly moved and we didn’t find the rules an issue. The towels on sunbed saga is real, but we ‘joined them’ and put our towels out when we went for breakfast around 8am and always had a decent sunbed. There are rules, but they make it all more manageable, so no issues here! The pools were a really pleasant temperature and the spa was great - especially the children being allowed in. Rooms were spacious and clean, slightly tired in places but still perfectly good. The animation team were great, our children (aged 3 & 6 had so much fun!) all the staff are wonderful! We met some really lovely families and had a great time. Don’t panic about the trip advisor reviews, we were pleasantly surprised!
