Faisan

Apt. 202 full of huge cockroaches in the kitchen, in the room, and even on the bed the first night. My best companion was an insecticide that the cleaning lady gave me the next day. I have been to this complex several times but this time it was a horrible experience. Five nights sleeping on the sofa with the light on, insecticide in all the doors, throughout the apartment, and around the sofa (which I did not open) just in case it also had surprises inside.

Very nice people - cleaning is working very well and I'm very sad I didn't tip her ;( Place is close to everything - kitchen could be better but when you only need a bed and a bathroom it's perfect for exploring Playa del Ingles :)

My husband and I were allowed to stay in the Faisan apartment for 10 days. It is a somewhat dated complex, where hard work is done. Our apartment was on the ground floor, so you do hear a lot of traffic passing by. The supermarket is very close and on the promenade of Maspalomas you are quickly walking. What made our stay great was the super nice house-keepers. Nothing was too much, every other day the apartment was cleaned and even when we indicated that that was really not necessary, there was still "a little bit" cleaned up. (towels changed, dirt removed) To this Service the major hotel chains can take another example. Super thanks for the nice stay !!!
