Booked the koka beach apartments through booking.com. Absolutely disgusting, dropping to bits and very small. The floor needs replaced. The freezer is broken. The lock doesn't work on the door. The matress is cheqp and nasty. Booking.com didn't want to know. This was room 3406.The photos on booking.com are limited and do not show the exte t of this disaster. How it can be listed on booking.com is beyond me!

The photos do not correspond to the apartment that I had. That they insulted my intelligence already seemed extreme to me. We entered the room and the bathroom with rust, older than the one in my grandmother's house, pitted walls, torn sheets, maximum dirt, uncomfortable mattresses and to top it all off cockroaches. What happens to people who have a good experience, are they given rooms in the new building or people who take care of their apartments. They did not want to give me a claim form because they do not have one, but I am going to do everything in my power to ensure that this does not happen to more people again. The final one and that's why they ended my patience, it's the blackout. (They are not guilty, but their bad manners when serving me was the straw that broke the camel's back). It is not an apartment complex, this has individual owners and no one is responsible for anything. So if you come here you take the chance. I don't recommend anything.

Clean room. Nice kitchen area. Big balcony. Great price. Place for luggage on way home Lovely pool area. Lots if sun beds Near to beach and bars. Location excellent for getting about Great outside bar area. Cheap prices Friendly hotel staff. Very helpful
