Las Afortunadas

The location is fine, promenade and beach 20 minutes walk via high stairs. Outdated and very noisy complex. Basic with the known overdue maintenance issues. Location on large parking lot. No air conditioning and the sun is baking on the windows all day making it too hot inside, especially at night. Cockroaches, but you have them all over GC. After 5pm and weekends no one present. The apartment buildings next door will be demolished or renovated with the familiar nuisance. Staff, 1 lady and 1 cleaning lady are nice. If you sit on the ground floor, you have no privacy whatsoever. Are there people sitting next to your balcony? Beds, contents and cleaning moderate. Maximum 2 stars. Supermarket at 200 mtr. further there is little to nothing. Yumbo at 600mtr. We had a great time but for something more there are better alternatives including breakfast and good coffee. For the connoisseurs, the famous ice cream parlor Ciao Ciao is gone and with it a piece of fun. Playa del Ingles itself can also do something about the vacancy, especially in the big shopping centers!

Simple complex in nice quiet area. Except for some screaming and smoking guests nice place. Is very simple and actually the plastic garden set on the terrace was the most comfortable place. Bed reasonable. Cleaning never ceases to amaze us; dirt goes from one side to the other with a kind of mop. On our last day further renewed the sofa cushions and curtains; part of a renovation. Property neighbors is in ruins due to a renovation; ask before you book if there are no construction activities!!!!!! Wifi is very poor.

Well-maintained apartment complex. Friendly lady received us. Everything inside was tidy and we had a house on the ground floor directly by the swimming pool, very nice. Quiet complex if you don't like nuisance, good parking next door if you have a car. Towels were changed neatly and everything was cleaned well. Supermarkets and bars around the corner. You walk out of the complex and are almost at the top of the boulevard. Definitely going back here!
