No atmosphere around pool not allowed to take lilo / floats in pool when pool is empty never been told can't have a lilo in pool no bar at poolside .reception close at 3pm and tiny shop close 3pm. Very boring place to stay long walk up hill from beach taxie required. Rooms ok not special I definitely would not stay here again

I spent a week with the family. The pool leaves quite a lot to be desired, the elevator did not work all week blaming it on the heat. Too bad because the location and the hotel is not bad, but fat maintenance (lighting, doors and windows close badly,...). The excessive price for the service offered. I don't recommend it.

So disappointed. We came here a few times before COVID and loved it. Would tell our friends and family it was our happy place but it’s really not the same place. Apartments are tired looking-don’t look like they have been touched since when we were last there, very poor facilities-no pool bar and when you are half way up a mountain there is nowhere to go and get lunch, a snack or a drink unless you pack up and leave the apartments, the supermarket is very poorly stocked, the swimming pool needs resurfacing and there is no music or atmosphere. On the positive though the staff are lovely and very helpful.
