Stayed 2 weeks This hotel offers good sized rooms which are comfortable and clean . Air con excellent. The food here is outstanding . We only went out once for a meal as the food in the hotel was excellent . Pool was a good size and there were plenty of areas to sunbath even a grassed area which was quiet and relaxing . Drinks were great . I cannot fault this hotel it offers great value . If I was to give any negative comments it would be the communal areas outside the rooms look a little dated. One negative regarding the staff . Witnessed SOS person removing umbrella from guests who had gone for lunch to give to other guests who had come down to the pool area in the afternoon .On this occasion it didn’t cause any issues but potentially this could cause trouble amongst guest especially if you were using it and had got up early to secure the bed and umbrella like this couple had .They had simply gone for lunch !!! Don’t feel this is good practice ,fair enough if it wasn’t being used but in this case it was and this was obvious to the eye . Overall loved this hotel . Thank you so much to the lovely kind and welcoming staff who overall created a happy holiday for everyone .

I have just got back from a stay here for 7 night with my boyfriend, staff were lovely on arrival and the hotel and surroundings are very clean. The pool was spacious as not overly busy for the second week of July. Hotel room was lovely and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. Not mentioned in the hotel advertisement but there is a jacuzzi that seats up to 11 people. The location is great and you can walk into playa del ingles, where there is great nightlife , suitable for most ages. Animation team was great and consistent each day. Really enjoyed the mat on the pool. Overall would stay again! Food was also on the plus side as you could watch certain foods being cooked, Good range each day which alternated.

Just had a fantastic week here, the hotel is lovely, very high standard of cleanliness. The staff are all lovely. The food was excellent, very varied and plenty of it, nice and warm as cooked in front of you. Never had any problem getting sunbeds, we got the same beds everyday, came down at 7.30am for breakfast and got them then. Nice large clean pool, plenty of space to swim and chill out. The Entertainment we saw was good and everybody was enjoying it, a good singer one night, a very good acrobatic show and the magic show was very good. Location is good for plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, beach is very close but you do need to go down a lot of steps to get to the beach. Once on the beach a good choice of sunbeds. The ones at the bottom of the steps has a nice snack bar and toilets. Would definitely come back to this hotel as really enjoyed it.
