The cleaning and restaurant service were very good. Hotel with beautiful views, tranquility. Unparalleled setting next to Roque Nublo. Given its location, there are good hiking options. The guided stargazing activity is recommended. Very friendly restaurant staff.

It is a Canarian hotel that gives value to what is ours. In a majestic rural setting. Incredible views, with magical sunsets next to Mount Teide and Roque Nublo. Delicious local gastronomy, I ate the best watercress stew with gofio and cheese. The hotel's decor is indigenous, which wraps you in a traditional atmosphere and makes you feel like you are in a Canarian home. As for the staff, you feel well taken care of; they are affectionate and approachable.

We were going to have a beer and ended up eating, in the spa... The staff at the café and spa are wonderful, making the stay a very pleasant experience A true luxury and the views from the spa pool... amazing!!!!
