Hotel is brilliant staff are great always helpful. There is nothing around to do you need to get taxis. Also the Burger King over the road staff are rude and arrogant. I ordered a meal and they have me a bottle of warm coke them when I asked for a cold bottle they was all stood laughing behind the desk if I wasn’t so hungry they would have had the burger in there face! Never met the most rudest people in my life. And they look at you stupid never again Iv complained direct to Burger King. Hotel is nice taxis are always there within minutes. Overall if your happy sat on a longer all day & your fast at at running in a morning for a lounger then book otherwise ur best off going to skeggy for the week. But the staff go above and beyond for you.

The rooms are really outdated, no fitted air con and the air con unit in the room can only be used if you put vent out of the door (leaving room door open). Long que at pool bar. Basic food and not much variety. Free bus shuttle is great, the hotel is on a hill and near an Aldi. Hotel I would say is good for family's and entertainment good but lower your expectations about the room and food.

Honest review Travelled as a party of 6 ... 4 adults 2 children 1 adult has autism Check in quick ...staff were very good and helpful We asked for ground floor rooms close together ....we were next door to each other THANK YOU Rooms B104 & B105 pool view ...Sun all day Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday Bottle of water in the room on arrival and replenished every couple of days The grounds and pool area were cleaned every morning Restaurant Food was good always something to eat ... Food was hot and quickly replenished Even for fussy eaters there was always something Pool Sunbeds were reserved by the hotel for a disabled person and 1 carer very thoughtful Thank You Amazing ....Aqua Aerobics was good fun so was the water walking The Sunbed wars are very real queing before 7 and then running to reserve the beds 🙄🙄🙄 Location Out of the way and nothing surrounding it .... But only €7/8 in a taxi to Playa del Ingles Special Thanks to the hotel manager who really looked after his disabled guests Special mention to Olga Thank You xx Would I return YES would I recommend this hotel YES If your thinking of booking it here do it ...... You won't be disappointed
