Hotel Casablanca

Nothing more, nothing less, one could add to the headline. It is a centrally located hotel, next to the beach, quiet and where one sleeps well. The service is quite efficient, especially at breakfast, because later on the restaurant (which is actually a branch of the famous Emiliano) demands too much of their attention. There are some rooms with a balcony, others that face the interior and a third group, the one I like the most, that have indirect views of the sea. It has parking for guests, something that is appreciated in the summer months, when parking is an adventure in Almuñécar. The elevator is too narrow, only two people fit and, if they are carrying a lot of luggage, not even that. All in all, it is good for the category it holds.

Fabulous small family run hotel in a great spot. Stayed 3 nights and cant fault this place. Great staff and service. Lovely ambience in the North African style We had a room with terrace overlooking the plaza and sea..well recommended. It has a fabulous authentic Spanish feel, which is quite often hard to find these days, especially in bland chain hotels Breakfast is fabulous with hot and cold choices…served at the table too We will be returning

My Wife and I visited Almunecar in late November. We had a problem with an Air BNB so we stumbled into Casablanca. Lucia was at the front desk and she was the most amazing host possible. She calmed our concerns, made sure we got a great room at a great price and guided us thru our three day stay. We could not have asked for a better reception. Also Nicole at the bar was amazing as well. They both took great care of us and I can't say enough about how awesome they were. The room and the stay were great as well!!1
