We recently stayed as a group of friends at this hotel, in a meeting organized by other friends.
The rooms are very worn out, although it is true that they are gradually being renovated.
The curtains do not adequately cover the window, and when the sun rises, there is spectacular light in the rooms, which makes you wake up for sure with so much light.
The weak buffet is an understatement... even more so.
I do not recommend staying for lunch or dinner at this hotel, not even as a joke.
I believe there are other hotels in Granada that are indeed four stars and not like this one, which is one or two stars over...
