The worst thing I ever experienced, booked via Booking.com. Pool was in disrepair, restaurant was dirty. Staff only spoke Spanish, no menu available, waiter showed via mobile phone what was available. After several complaints, the hotel was removed from the Booking.com site.

If you are looking for a stunning location and amazing views with friendly staff then look no further than this hotel! Yes, it is slightly dated and is in need of some basic maintenance like a gardener and some refurb in certain areas but I suspect it is struggling for trade and if more people stayed here it would be able to quite quickly reestablish a 4* experience. We stayed here on the way to Seville and cannot recommend it enough. Would happily stay here again for some R&R for a couple of days.

I live under half an hours drive from this hotel, it looks amazing in the photos. We went there for lunch and to use the pool. Very confusing on arrival but it turned out you had to pay €11 per person which was for menu del dia and use of the pool. We had our lunch which was not good, very little choice and my chicken was raw, I returned it and was given a fresh portion. In this area there are lovely restaurants which offer very good lunches, this was very poor in comparison. The swimming pool is huge and looked very impressive in the photos but the pool area is scruffy, it looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. The sun beds had seen better days and some of the parasols were broken. The service from the bar staff was not good, we asked 3 times for a menu, it wasn’t busy so no real reason. Wouldn’t recommend, or go again.
