Our stay in Granada was overall average.
The main negative point concerns the reception. We were received by Paloma, whose attitude was very unpleasant, and Alvaro did not show himself to be particularly warm. Fortunately, the rest of the staff, notably Pablo as well as the other members of the team, were professional, pleasant, and helpful.
The bedding is a real strong point: the comfort is excellent and we slept very well. The breakfast is also of very good quality, with a wide choice of products. A big thank you to the department head and his entire team for their professionalism and their efficiency.
On the other hand, the general maintenance of the hotel could be improved. The pool is much too small for the establishment's capacity, and the price of the parking reserved for guests is really high. A revision of this price would be appreciated.
The hotel's location is convenient for visiting Granada, which remains a positive point.
In summary, a decent stay thanks to the comfort of the room, the breakfast, and a large part of the staff, but the welcome upon our arrival and certain aspects of the hotel deserve to be improved.
