We reserved the house for 10 people because according to Ernesto they did not have another one available, although in the discussion they again said that they offered one more house. great, when I arrived this house was occupied by the way. We said that we were 4 couples, 1 child and 3 babies, on the phone everything was great, but when the last couple arrived we had an argument and everything we talked about on the phone they both told us that it was false and they denied us the conversation calling us liars, in addition to this They already blamed us: that we had made noise the night before, which I do not deny and I apologize, it was not our intention to disturb anyone, we were just talking on the terrace, and according to them at 1:00 they passed by and it was Right, why weren't we asked to lower our voices at that time? That the house was only for 4 people, but there were already 6 of us since Friday, why wasn't it brought to our attention on Friday itself? We had not paid until Saturday afternoon, no one told us that it was payment in advance and we paid when we wanted and in more than 15 years traveling and more than 1,000 hotels they had never blamed me for paying anything either at the beginning or at the end. half and at the end of my stay, did you want me to pay in advance? Our extended family had a lovely stay here, taking over several of the apartments so that we each had our own space but could also have breakfast /lunch /dinner together on our terraces. Excellent shadey gardens to escape the midday sun and a lovely pool to cool off in. The guys were lovely. Super helpful, no problem about checking in after midnight.
