Super nice and willing staff to help 100%. The only catch and I think super important, family room 501 has no heating, we were not notified when booking. It lacks heating, only a quartz radiator, those who are super dangerous and illuminate a lot to sleep with the ignition, plus I don't know if it is legal in a hotel to have that appliance for one room and all wood

i booked a superior room . to small to swing a mouse let alone the proverbial cat. the bed was to small the toilet seat was broken, the shower mixer didnt work and the water was scalding hot, the aircon didnt work and the fridge didnt work and the tv had only spanish channels an absolute dump !!!!!

This hotel's biggest advantage is, that it's close (ca. 15 minutes walking time) to the city center therefore everything's easy to reach. The staff is friendly, I highly appreciate the receptionist's advices for the things to visit while in Granada as that made a huge difference (showed some hidden gems too). The breakfast takes place downstairs in a small saloon. The only downside I can mention is that the check-in hours are limited during the afternoon, so please don't forget to consult the hotel or their website for this important piece of information.
