Communication problem with the owner to enter, to stay, to resolve what: The lock on the entrance door to the apartment did not work and to have a safe but it was broken. The owner assured that he had a nearby parking lot that did not exist. To which I add the existence of small insects around the kitchen counter sink and a strong sewage smell in the bathroom with reflux when using the toilet.

We liked everything about our stay here: spacious room with kitchenette, quiet, safe, close to amenities, close to public transit, immaculate, and an elevator. The host is so friendly and accommodating. We don't speak Spanish and he doesn't speak English BUT he has an audio translator on his phone and he was able to answer all of our questions. You get a lot for your money. Would definitely stay here again.

Located right on Bib Rambla square in the centre of Granada, this apartment was everything we needed. Each of the 2 bedrooms and the living room had balconies overlooking the square, perfect to view the beautifully decorated square for Christmas. It was a 2 minute walk to the Alcaceira and the Cathedral was right behind that. We shopped at the San Augustin market, only 5 minutes walk away. There were restaurants and shops all around us. The apartment had plenty of room for us and was equipped for cooking a meal when we wanted to stay in. The host, Jyan Manuel, was next door if we needed anything. We received fresh towels and linen part way through our stay, as we were there for a week. For only 4 Euros, our washing and drying was done and delivered to our door, neatly folded. Will definitely stay here again.
