Nest Style Granada

The best part of the hotel was meeting an employee named Belén; she advises you on whatever you want to do (tapas bars, musical shows, monuments, the best streets, viewpoints, etc.), tells you which area of the city to catch the bus depending on where you want to go, and the bus number. She is a wonderful person, dedicated to the clients, and always with a smile. Dealing with employees like Belén is a pleasure.

I want to share a recent experience for other travelers to consider. We stayed at Nest Style Granada from May 22 to 25. During the second day of our stay, we saw a cockroach in the room. At that moment, we did not notify anyone, as we thought it might be an isolated incident. However, the next day we found another cockroach in the room (on the bed), which caused us great discomfort and concern about the hygiene of the room, so this time we did report the incident to the establishment. They offered to change our room; we decided not to accept the offer since we only had one night left and felt that the grievance suffered should be remedied in a way that did not require effort on our part. The next day at checkout time, Belén expressed her concern about the incident and suggested that she would contact us to try to compensate for this inconvenience; unfortunately, this never happened. Although each person may evaluate this situation differently, in our case it was unpleasant and affected our comfort during the stay. For this reason, I find it appropriate to share this experience so that other travelers have more information when choosing accommodation.

The people who attended us were very kind, very good cleanliness, comfort, everything necessary next to public transport, stores, bars....
