My experience was very positive. The hotel has a lot of charm and personality, offering a classic atmosphere that fits very well with the history of the city. Architecture and decoration are one of the major differentials of hosting. It is a season hotel, very beautiful and elegant, preserving a traditional style that makes the experience even more special. The rooms follow this more classic pattern and are comfortable. However, during my stay, the air conditioning was not working properly, and as the days were quite hot, it ended up compromising the comfort a bit. Another point that can be improved is the bathroom box, whose door cannot contain all the shower water, causing the floor to get wet after the bath. The service was very good. The staff demonstrated education, cordiality and attention throughout the stay, contributing to a pleasant experience. Dinner deserves special attention. The food was excellent, very tasty and well prepared, being one of the highlights of the stay. Breakfast is quite simple, but meets well the needs. The location is also excellent. The hotel is close to several important tourist attractions and has a market in the vicinity, allowing you to make many walks easily. As a suggestion for improvement, I think it would be very interesting to make water filters available to guests. For many people, especially those who do not have the habit of drinking tap water, this is a simple, but extremely helpful and welcoming service. In addition to providing more convenience during the trip, it demonstrates special care with the comfort of guests.

I stayed at the hotel the night of December 7, 2025. When we arrived at 12:30 the room was not ready, we were sent to a parking lot that was difficult to find. A few hours later we checked in, we were kindly attended by a girl at reception. In the reservation we put room upstairs so that there was less street noise and could not be taken into account as everything was complete, although in the reservation I specified and they did not take it into account. As we enter the room we find old, outdated and outdated facilities. The very old furniture and the bathroom to be renovated, the bathtub is just over one meter. It reminded me of 1980s houses. The category of it is similar to a hostel. The only good thing is the location in the center, the comfortable bed and the tranquility of parking in a parking lot (which is not below the hotel). If you are looking for something economical to spend a night this is your hotel, otherwise if you are looking for quality I do not recommend it.
