They owe us a night at the hotel and they are not paying us. We had to leave our room because there was an infestation of ants and cockroaches in the bathroom, and after the receptionist sprayed insecticide, we had to leave because, according to her, they could not provide us with another room at that hour. They found us a roadside hotel where we could not sleep; I won't say why because they were very kind to accommodate us at that hour, at 11 at night. After returning to the hotel, they gave us a larger room due to the mistake made. We told them that we had to leave and pay out of pocket for a room at another hotel, which they were supposed to reimburse us for the night we did not sleep there. They told us we had to wait again, that they had to check with finance, etc., and to this day they do not answer our calls, WhatsApp, or emails, nothing. They ruined my vacation, and it is a shame that they kept our money.

New hotel , very nice and cozy, the setting is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, we will return! Our trip has been with children and there is plenty of room to play

The hotel is very comfortable and Olga the manageress very helpful. The room I was in had a very nice view of mountains all around. The only downside was that I found it a bit noisy since the walkways are stone and sound of people pulling their wheelie suitcases along when they arrived was a bit loud.
