The hotel was located closely yo the heart of Granada where restaurants and shops are. I got a room overlooking the plaza - it was clean, comfortable and worth the value I’m paid. Hotel was clean and I had a good experience with breakfast. In general the staff was pleasant and kind. Not noisy at all

Really enjoyed our stay here. Exceptional hotel.Hotel car park available but very little space available and tight room to manoeuvre and park. It might be extremely difficult or not possible with a longer or larger car. Receptionist went out of her way to provide us with extremely useful information about local attractions and the hotel. They spoke very good English and catered for all our needs, e.g. when requesting an iron and board. We booked a double room but they upgraded us for free. The rooms were amazing, well designed, extremely spacious, clean and modern. AC was great and rooms were well lit with modern furniture. They had all necessary amenities and more. Very good WiFi connection. Rooms were very quiet. Location is good. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. About a 10‑min drive to Alhambra, for around €6. The only negative was the breakfast. There wasn’t much variety, and some of the things were dry. If I ever visited Granada again, I would definitely stay here.
