We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. A great example is when I left my backpack in a taxi that Elda helped me get. She called the taxi company and was able to get my backpack returned to me at the train station. Elda went above and beyond for me.

I usually do not write reviews. In fact, I created an account on TripAdvisor solely to share the experience we had at the Meliá Granada because it truly deserves it. It had been a long time since I found a team with such authentic dedication to service. From the first to the last person we encountered during our stay, everyone made us feel special: always with a smile, approachable, attentive, and mindful of every detail. It is something that, unfortunately, is becoming increasingly difficult to find. The room was immaculate, very comfortable, and meticulously cared for. Everything invited relaxation and enjoyment of the stay. Special mention goes to The Level. Having breakfast while contemplating the Alhambra is one of those experiences that makes a trip unforgettable. The views are simply spectacular. I want to especially thank the attention and care received from Lilian, who was attentive to us at all times; to Alexandra, from The Level team, whose kindness, approachability, and ability to make you feel at home are hard to match; and to Alejandro, from the Nervio restaurant, it had been a long time since I encountered a professional who transformed a meal into a true experience. His knowledge, recommendations, and the way he attends to every detail elevate the dining experience to another level. Without a doubt, the Meliá Granada will be my hotel of choice every time I return to the city. In the end, what turns a good hotel into a place you want to return to is not just its spaces, but the people. At the Meliá Granada, they have an exceptional team that makes you feel at home.
