Barcelo La Bobadilla

The stay was only 1 night but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything is right and very nice. Food was good and breakfast unimaginable! We will definitely be back here!

The hotel itself was gorgeous and the staff very friendly and helpful. Their training had serious shortcomings for a hotel of 5 stars and the supporting services were inadequate. On the first night of my arrival I advised the front desk that heating did not work and that there was no wifi network in my room. I stayed two nights and to the time I left there was no change in these issues nor an explanation from the hotel. I think heating and wifi are essential in a 5-star hotel and should not even be an issue for discussion. There was an obvious failure on these points.

A spectacular hotel; words fail to describe how wonderful it is, with a fabulous staff 10/10.
