Disappointing. We could not access the accommodation because of the storm, the roads were cut and the accommodation did not make a partial refund, 200€ to the trash. Very bad management and customer service, shameful.

We stayed at this hostel one night, I went as an escort for a group of elementary school students. Although it is true that the hostel is old, the rooms and dining room were very clean, the food was mostly homemade and both dinner and breakfast (which is what we took) of very good quality. In kitchen they were very attentive to allergies of the boys and girls and the waitress was very nice. At reception they met our requests very effectively. I would certainly repeat next year.

Worst place I've stayed in my life, the beds are bunk beds and the mattress as if it didn't exist, the irons are stuck all over your body.. you wake up as if you'd been beaten, the bed without restraining boards.. you sank and miracle if you didn't fall to the bed below.. the blankets are from 1854 and they haven't been washed since that time, the pillow was thinner than the sheet. The power went out, all the noise of the hotel was heard, the food was frozen meatballs and frozen St. James, to get to the hotel you have to climb 73839928 stairs, as it is above the hill. The only good thing was the wonderful reception staff. Anyway, I'll never come back or recommend it.
