Hotel Maria Cristina

We were gifted a brunch at the María Cristina hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The quality and service of a 5-star hotel. It consists of a buffet and a menu that you can repeat as many times as you want. Norman served us wonderfully. It is a great gift.

A true five-star experience. From our entry when Darren the valet helped our daughter immediately felt welcome (chocolate never hurts!) to our exit when a call to room service mentioning we had a time constraint to make a flight led to the front desk person proactively getting our car pulled around, the Maria Cristina raises the bar in terms of hospitality. This is a large, full-service hotel but the tiny touches like the staff consistently recognizing and interacting with our daughter made all the difference. We'll be back!

Our stay at Maria Cristina, a Marriott Luxury Collection Hotel in San Sebastián, was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, every team member made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk team, valet team, and housekeeping team were all exceptional. A special thank you to Patricia for her warm hospitality,whose professionalism, talent, and genuine care were remarkable, Rodrigo for his outstanding service, the Executive Housekeeper as the MoD he went above and beyond. The entire team demonstrated excellence, warmth, and a true passion for hospitality. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and welcoming spirit we experienced throughout our stay.
