It was a short weekend because it was only one night but it was intense, the treatment was great from the front desk, where we had the help of Javier the receptionist who was very nice and later at the buffet and pool bar we met Diego who was a sweetheart, and an excellent professional and with the joy he transmits we want to return, we have made another reservation because we were left wanting more.

This trip was ruined when a piece of property was removed from my room we reported it immediately and were assured it would be returned ! 5 days of reporting it every day and speaking to a manager and still nothing and no resolution !!!! We felt like they didn't care and just kept fobbing us off ! The food was very very average as everything was over cooked and tasteless . So it's safe to say I won't be returning ! Disappointing stay

Her talent, her sensitivity, and her dedication ensure that every moment with her has something special. There are people who do their job well, and then there are those who turn it into a way of moving others. Elena belongs to this last group. Pablo is energy in its purest state. He always finds a way to get a smile out of you and infect you with his enthusiasm. He has a gift for convincing you to do things you would never imagine… like playing a padel match at two in the afternoon, in the middle of a heat wave and without a bottle of water. And, somehow, he manages to make even that end up being a wonderful memory. María is the eternal smile. A true being of light who conveys warmth and joy from the very first moment. And her performance in the Pandora show was, simply, incredible. She leaves a mark. And Aku… it is enough to see him for a few minutes to intuit the kind of person he is. He possesses as much charisma as physical skill, but, above all, he conveys enormous human quality. He is one of those people who makes those around him feel good. After seven years, all of them have ceased to be part of the entertainment team to become part of our family history. Our son is building his first summer memories with them. When he is older he may not remember every activity, every game, or every show, but he will remember how he felt. You will remember the laughter, the hugs, the excitement of every day. And, without knowing it, they will have been part of those memories that will accompany you forever. Thanks to the management for taking care of such an exceptional team. Because the facilities can be magnificent and the rooms impeccable, but it is the people who make a hotel become a place that one wishes to return to, year after year. We, of course, will continue to do so.
