From the first moment, we felt at home thanks to the extraordinary welcome from the director, **Rubén**, whose approachability, professionalism, and personalized attention made the difference. Their service was impeccable, always ensuring our stay was perfect, a detail that is hard to find nowadays and deserves special recognition. Cristina also took care of us in an outstanding way, with exceptional kindness and efficiency. We were surprised by some breathtaking rooms. How wonderful! Furthermore, the gesture of the chocolates and the bottle of champagne left us speechless. The hotel has facilities worthy of five stars, but what really makes it special is the human quality of its entire team. We want to especially mention **Mari Carmen del Almendro**, whose commitment, friendliness, and dedication to making guests happy are admirable. I expected another hotel refinement considering the price quality ratio. The hotel needs some maintenance work. And the rooms are too simple. Good cleaning staff 5* good food. Good location.
