We have just returned from a family all-inclusive holiday of 10 days, and it was really lovely. The location was great and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite, but not always willing to speak English, which was sometimes frustrating. We noticed that English-speaking guests are served in Spanish or Portuguese. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The food was of really good quality, with plenty of choices. Drinks in the bars on the all-inclusive are not just local, but also include foreign brands, which is very rare and a great benefit of this hotel. No issues finding a sunbed by the pool during the day; free towels at the pool. In general, a great holiday. Thank you, Playacanela Hotel.
