We had the pleasure of staying here during our visit to the Pyrenees. The property was even more lovely and picturesque than we expected, and the service was fantastic. A big thanks to Nico at the pool bar for being so welcoming and making fantastic mojitos!

On June 23, 2026, I suffered an episode of choking due to a large fish bone served at the hotel restaurant. The bone got stuck in my throat, causing me intense pain and bleeding. Although the manager and the restaurant supervisor came to the scene, I was informed that there was no trained staff to handle an emergency of this type and that I would have to wait for external help. I ultimately had to remove the bone by myself. The most disappointing part was the lack of follow-up response from management. Even though I was told there would be some compensation for what happened, when I checked out, they only deducted the cost of the dish.

Luxurious hotel where nothing is missing. The only thing is that it is warmer in the hallways than in the rooms, and the air conditioning is too noisy.
