Hotel El Mirador - Optimal Hotels Selection

I read the reviews and decided to book at this hotel. I don't know how it is possible that no one has pointed out that the whole hotel in general needs a tune-up. Rooms with broken mosquito nets, deteriorated furniture... in the bathroom, the faucets are loose and old, the toilets don't work correctly, the magnifying mirror is about to detach from the arm that holds it... the walls need a good coat of paint... the curtains, unstitched... I didn't use the armchair because the upholstery looked dirty... The breakfast is ordinary, and scarce if you don't go down first thing. The impeccable and very kind attention of Giuseppe is not enough to make the stay pleasant. He does everything he can and more, but the rest of the issues must be solved if you want to continue charging high prices.

Very cozy hotel with excellent personal service. Very comfortable rooms. Complete breakfast with spectacular mountain views. Álvaro's attention is always excellent. We took home an unforgettable memory. We will return.
