Balneario de Panticosa -Continental

The hotel was neglected in terms of maintenance, the carpet in the hallways was dirty, the walls were chipped and the paint was dirty. The room cleaning service left a lot to be desired, they did not clean the bathroom glasses and did not change the towels, the toilets were not clean. In short, it has 4 stars, but it has lost them along the way.

We spent one night at the Hotel Continental and the experience at the accommodation was fantastic. The hotel is impeccable, the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. I would like to make a special mention of the cecina; an excellent product that promotes and highlights the local gastronomy. In addition, the staff is super pleasant, reliable, and very efficient. The only negative point is the Baños de Panticosa. I had been there 10 years ago and this time I saw it quite deteriorated and lacking general maintenance, especially in the outdoor pool on the first floor. In summary: a 9 for the hotel, the service, and the food, but the spa facilities need a good renovation. We would return for the hotel without a doubt!

Excellent hotel, wonderful views, good thermal circuit. The treatment from all the employees was very positive; I will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone looking for peace, tranquility, and well-being. My score is a 10.
