I am very sad, because I have been going to this hotel for 4 years and I was captivated by the place, but unfortunately this year the food has changed drastically and it is really of poor quality, the avocado still frozen on the salad with no taste, the dishes very greasy and poorly arranged, even the pasta bolognese is bad, and I am not that demanding. It is such a shame and not normal given the price. It was so delicious before. The place remains very beautiful.

Clean, comfortable, varied breakfast quality, rest Boj products from the area. Leisure lounges (billiard-football) and rest and terrace with beautiful views. Very friendly staff. Ideal kids.

The first thing I have to say is that we have stayed at the hotel several times over the last few years, and we always come back because we like the hotel, and the price is not exorbitant. This past weekend, we had booked time in the spa for Friday, booked 4 days in advance through the hotel WhatsApp. When we arrive, we are informed that, due to an error of the person in charge of appointments, we do not have the service, when it is one of the activities that we like to do most when we stay in the hotel and is, without doubt, one of the charms of it, and of the things that make us come back year after year. Unfortunately, this is not the first time it has happened. I understand human error, we all make it, and I accept the apology of the reception staff; but I do not share that, beyond the apology, compensation is not offered for what happened. In this case, they had it easy, because on Sunday we left later than stipulated (notice was given before and during the stay that we wanted to have the late-check out service), and it would have been a good detail not to charge those 2 additional hours in exchange for not having been able to enjoy the spa.
