The hotel is very central; on the street, you can only stop for a moment to drop off your luggage because being pedestrian, you will get fined if you are not careful. It does not have a garage, which is a shame. Well decorated, the room is large and has a mini-fridge, which is appreciated because it was extremely hot outside. The air conditioning worked well. We only stayed one night.

Comfortable hotel and very well located, it deserves 5/5 but, a small downside, the breakfast offer ends at 10:30 AM, and not a minute later, with an authoritarian and unpleasant staff, coffee machine turned off at 10:28 AM and a warning "end of service", military style!!! On the other hand, regarding the SPA, nothing to complain about, it is perfect, mandatory reservation allows enjoying the SPA without other clients, impeccable cleanliness.

We arrived on 3 November 2025 at this hotel. Great location and hotel itself also great. We only stayed one night. We requested a parking space and were quickly told where the parking was and where we could leave the car. All perfect. We accessed the hotel through a series of pedestrian streets but at no time did we know even from the hotel we were informed in advance that it was a restricted area for customers arriving by car and reserved parking space, in addition. After a month and a half we have received a fine from the Huesca City Council of 90 euros (45, paying before 20 days). When speaking to the hotel, they only send us an invoice for the stay and a certificate of having stayed in the same. They give us a mobility email in Huesca to write to them. They already disengage (they never answered me again). From Huesca mobility they tell me that the fault is the hotel for not communicating that we were customers of the same with car in its parking (this I have communicated to the hotel and have not received a reply). In short, end of holidays before coming home totally ruined by this fine that we consider unfair and worse, the hotel has washed its hands being really to blame for this happening to us. Neither we were notified before (we requested parking space when booking) nor, obviously, they have notified our data and registration to mobility of Huesca. I have read that this has happened to many other clients in advance (since 2015!!) ... how has this not already been solved by the hotel and the city council of Huesca? Not interested? We will pay the fine because we see that they already wash each other's hands, but this situation is distressing.
