Apartamentos Playa Sol I

I have been staying at this hotel for a few days, and my experience has been quite disappointing. The worst part, without a doubt, was the treatment I received from an employee named Miguel. His attitude was arrogant, haughty, and unprofessional. I understand that every hotel has its rules, but there are ways and ways to address customers. At no point did I feel treated with courtesy or with the respect expected in an establishment of this level. I believe that the attention given to guests should be reviewed, as it leaves a very negative image of the hotel. I also want to complain about the noise. On the first day, between approximately 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, the cleaning staff was working in the rooms adjacent to mine, constantly dragging beds and furniture. The noise was so loud that it was impossible for me to rest. I had just traveled all night by boat and had barely been able to sleep, so I was hoping to catch up on some sleep upon arriving at the hotel. As if that were not enough, today Wednesday, at 9:00 AM, the maintenance staff was doing work right next to my room (203), again generating quite a bit of noise and making it difficult to rest. Another aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, which I found to be clearly insufficient. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room at a pleasant temperature. Additionally, I want to highlight the service received during breakfast, where they prepared scrambled eggs for me, and the treatment was friendly and professional. Precisely because of those positive details, I do not give a lower rating. However, Miguel's attitude and the continuous noise problems have completely overshadowed my stay. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will also forward this complaint to my travel agency so they are aware of what happened.

The place is excellent, clean, and new. The receptionist Lea is the best, super friendly and on top of everything. The breakfast is very good, the girls there are super excellent. Very good to return and recommend

Just checked out after stopping here at Vibra Lei Ibiza Hotel in Figueretas for 1 week. The Hotel is great. Location perfect for the Beach, restaurants & bars - all within a 5 minute stroll. We had a Suite room, which was fab, with the biggest sun terrace we have ever had on a Med holiday - the huge bed was ultra comfy too! If we come back we will defo request room 401 !! The hotel staff were always courteous & friendly, & the breakfast team worked hard every morning. The little pool area was often empty & quiet, but we are beach lovers, so we didnt use it. The picturesque Old Town is a 25 min walk away, so for us it was easier to get the U4 bus from bustop just 2mins from Hotel. We used normal taxiis (€9) to return to Figeuretas as Uber were super expensive (not sure why!) We always finished off the night in the Coolture Cafe Bar as they were so friendly (special mention to Jimmy) Overall, this holiday, booked at short notice within 2 days of travel, has been fantastic & exceeded all expectations. Loved it.
