Air conditioning broke on first night late on. Reported first thing in the morning, advised this would be fixed within the hour. Six hours later no one had attended the problem. At 7.20pm we requested a couple of fans to help cope with the overnight heat. Request denied. Decided to type this review whilst they were telling me this and them their attitude suddenly changed.

As always, a pleasure; very recommendable apartments, clean, and the place is beautiful. I want to highlight Ms. Bianca; once again, she treated us with great care and is a great professional. THANK YOU! We will return!😘
