Jabeque Apart Hotel

If I could give this hotel/apartment a zero-star rating, I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We were a group of four and spent over **$3,000 cad for a 4-night stay**, yet we were treated with very little care or consideration. On the first day we arrived, I had just come off a 9-hour boat ride and was feeling extremely nauseous and unwell. I asked the front desk for some hot water because I had a tea bag and needed tea to help settle my stomach. I was told they could not provide hot water and that I would have to wait until the kitchen opened at 8:00 a.m. When the kitchen opened, I asked again and even offered to pay for the hot water. The staff member refused and told me I would have to pay the **€16 breakfast fee** to get it. I was sent back and forth between the front desk and kitchen staff, and despite explaining that I was sick and simply needed hot water, they refused to help. Refusing a guest a cup of hot water in that situation showed a complete lack of basic customer care. On the second day, the housekeeping situation was equally frustrating. The maid later claimed that we had told her not to clean the room, which was not true. She had said she would come back later but never returned. We had to ask the front desk three separate times before the room was finally cleaned. During our 4-night stay, the room was only cleaned twice, despite repeated requests. To make matters worse, the property does not look like the photos advertised on TripAdvisor. The images are misleading and do not accurately represent the condition of the hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the poor customer service, lack of housekeeping, and misleading photos, I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

The location of the hotel is great, right near the beach and the view is also nice The rooms and staff are all very good and helpful. We were assisted by Cata and she was very friendly and helpful as well.

This is not the ritz Carlton or four seasons but it does notice to be. This hotel is perfect for family’s on a budget or found adults sharing a room while enjoying the Ibiza nightlife. DJ music by the pool during the day. Definitely a party atmosphere but super fun. The rooms very clean. They have small kitchens to prepare simple food. The water pressure is not strong but adequate. The check in staff is amazing. The breakfast is great. Nice omelette station. The poolside food is not so great. The hotel feels safe. Easy taxi access. Definitely great value for the money. For what it represents, it’s the perfect hotel. Can’t knock it. Definitely a vibe!
