Terrible experience from every point of view, probably one of the worst I have ever had with an accommodation facility. Customer service is practically nonexistent: I had several problems with the booking and, despite numerous attempts to contact them, I never received a response, a clarification, or the slightest assistance. I also tried several times to make the booking independently, but every time it was canceled without any explanation. A completely disorganized, non-transparent, and unprofessional management, which made me waste time and caused me stress and continuous inconveniences. The even more serious thing is that, after all these difficulties, I still ended up paying for a property that was decidedly below expectations. The services offered are poor, the organization leaves much to be desired, and the price-quality ratio is absolutely unacceptable. I did not encounter any attention toward the customer nor the willingness to resolve the reported problems. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish: from the booking, handled in an absurd manner, to the stay, which did not in the slightest compensate for the inconveniences suffered. It is truly difficult to find anything positive to report. A property that, in my opinion, deserves neither the price requested nor the trust of customers. Absolutely not recommended: I would without a doubt avoid booking again.

I was particularly disappointed by the room, which did not reflect the booking made, because, even if it was a promotional room, they should have written that it was actually a single with a single nightstand and a French bed where it was difficult for two people to sleep, which was not mentioned in the booking. My booking was in fact for a double or twin room. I did not find any availability at the reception from Mr. Giovanni, perhaps because of my young age and that of my friend. He addressed us with arrogance and disinterest in our requests. Furthermore, the air conditioner was leaking and it remained that way for the 5 nights. The cleaning service was practically non-existent, the room was poorly made up and the floors were never cleaned. In contrast, I found a lot of courtesy and helpfulness in Mateu, another receptionist. I do not recommend this hotel, despite the location.

Giovanni was awesome and we had a great experience. Beautiful hotel and so close to the beach.
