El Hotel Pacha

Location: Perfect for Pacha Club (across the road) and Destino only 10 mins away. Ibiza town, 5 mins in a taxi. Atmosphere/welcome: We expected much more for this hotel in terms of atmosphere and welcome. Felt like we were checking into a hostel, no welcome drink offered, no request acknowledged. Room: enjoyed our junior sweet, not much different from a standard hotel room. The air con was excellent and the bed was super comfy with nice linen. Views of car parks or main road so be aware of this, the balcony wasn’t exciting! Pros: we were on the guest list as Pacha and was able to walk across the road and straight to bed afterwards ! Free entrance into destino through the day and even entrance to Music on was included in the room rate. We received a free transfer from the airport to Pacha complementary of Booking.com ( nice touch). Breakfast you could purchase there €20 for buffet style or order off the menu. Pacha pool was small but perfect for a hangover. Food: we had a burger which was very nice. Room for improvement; more of a personalised check in, more atmosphere, more hints to Pacha ( in rooms) maybe a stencil cherry on the ceiling would be cool! Better communication about events as we had ask questions throughout our stay to ensure we didn’t miss out on anything that was included. Music system in rooms would be nice too, since Pacha is all about the music ! Would recommend to those wanting access to both Pacha and Destino, we saved lots of money and effort. The wknd was amazing and the ease of staying at Pacha was well worth it.

Very good hotel! Nice breakfast and top location! Free entrance to Pacha club and destino is also a big advantage. What was a bit strange is that they ask for a tip of 10% on your entire stay at check-out & with the explanation that many hotels do this... We travel a lot and have not heard this anywhere not even in the USA. It was not mandatory so this being said a friendly and good hotel!

I loved the hotel, the great breakfast, the spectacular towels and the staff could not be kinder, especially Victor who offered us lots of recommendations for our excursions. A 10.!
