Absolutely amazing hotel with a very luxurious atmosphere, all the staff on every level here are really professional Alberto as bell boy made us feel special Claudia on breakfast Kenya and fredricko in the pool area but every member of staff here are very special and a credit to the Nobu thanks everyone to a beautiful stay

We went to eat during the day at the “Chambao” restaurant and everything was spectacular. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, the place, but above all the treatment from an Italian waiter named Grabielle who was super attentive and professional. Without a doubt we will return because on this island there is no longer service as good as the one this guy provided us. You can tell he likes his job and he makes you feel at home. Thank you

Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very well looked after from beginning to end. The services are excellent, the restaurants are very good, and the room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Georgia from the Concierge team. She is incredibly professional, speaks several languages, and was always available, attentive, and genuinely kind. She managed to solve every little issue and request with efficiency and a smile. Her professionalism and warmth truly made a difference and deserve special recognition. The rest of the staff were also lovely and helpful, but Georgia was definitely exceptional. I also stayed with my little dog, who was welcomed in the best possible way. This was very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. I have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
