Balansat II

Recently stayed at the resort and had a fabulous time. Upgraded to a premium apartment which overlooked the beach. Cleaned daily to a good standard. As mentioned food a little repetitive and not always hot but overall ok. Staff were all very friendly. Great location by the beach and within walking distance of a bus stop that will take you to all the other tourist spots within the hour.

Just had a lovely holiday here with our daughter and 3 young granddaughters. No complaints at all! Lovely clean hotel, mostly happy staff, friendly animation team who were so good with our girls. Yes the food isn't always piping hot, but it's all inclusive, which would make it very difficult to do so without drying everything out! And yes, it can be repetitive, but overall there was always a good choice of dishes. Paella was delicious! There were some reviews about the beach being rocky, but it was mainly sand with just a strip of pebbles more than rocks - and then beautiful and clear. If you have delicate feet then swim shoes may be an idea, but we didn't use ours! There isn't anything other than a couple of shops and restaurants within walking distance, so that was a bit disappointing, but it's a lovely quiet resort and that suited us fine. All in all, a great time was had by all! There was enough sunbeds around the main pool and if there wasnt any available, we found the splash park was usually quieter!

We stayed for 4 days at the hotel, a family with two children aged 11 and 5. The best: - Spacious rooms with ocean views and a large terrace!! - The buffet food was very varied and good. One of the best in this type of hotel. - Pools and entertainment for everyone were super good. The worst: - Bathroom shower very damaged, the floor, everything needs to be renovated. - The staff is cold, distant, and not pleasant at all. Not a hello, not a goodbye, nothing at all. If you are coming with children, it is an ideal place!
