Costa Mar

A fun experience with delicious cocktails. No notes camp extravaganza.

What an amazing night! Couldn’t recommend enough. The decor, the vibes, the food is all unreal!! The night was made 100 times better by the incredible Anton ☺️ so friendly. He brought the fun, banter and chats. Made us feel so welcome, he made our night ❤️

Wi-Ki-Woo is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, and the views are stunning. The pool area is lovely, and the wait staff were always friendly, smiley and welcoming, which was one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by several issues. Before arriving, my booking details were exposed as part of the hotel’s data breach, which resulted in me receiving scam messages. I didn’t feel this was handled particularly well, and it affected my confidence before the trip even started. They offered to upgrade my room but nothing else. I was also disappointed that nothing was done for my actual birthday on the 25th, despite it being the reason for my stay. Even a small gesture would have made a difference. The young girl on reception was rude and came across as quite miserable, which wasn’t the level of customer service I’d expect from a hotel at this price point. The room itself looked nice but needs refurbishing, especially the shower area and the lack of a proper wardrobe made storage inconvenient. To make matters worse, I found different insects/bugs in the room during my stay, which was very off-putting. Overall, it’s a very pretty hotel, but the service, maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns and the way the data breach was handled mean it didn’t live up to expectations.
