SCAM ALERT! First of all, there is someone who works at this hotel who is accessing customer's phone numbers from the bookings and then contacting them via WhatsApp to request extra unauthorised payments via a link. Be aware. Do no send any money. The hotel was disappointing to say the least! The décor is weird and uninviting. Looks a bit seedy like a brothel in Amsterdam. There are no maps on the walls showing you where the restaurant, pool and amenities are. You just have to guess by going in the lift or asking someone. The staff are slow to check in but friendly enough. The females are ok but the male member of staff is not too friendly unless you are a young woman in a bikini! The food that was part of the all inclusive package is 1/10. Very limited options. Cold food and rotten eggs at breakfast that gave me food poisoning and the steak looks cheap and nasty. The 'fresh' fruit juice was concentrated cheap diluted squash and the other items were all cold and not up to standards. You are forced to order all drinks at the pool bar at the back of the hotel with cheap AstroTurf on he floor. The pool area looks hideous and pool water looked murky and needed to be cleaned. The worst thing was the filthy shower and toilet in the rooms that were a black design probably designed specifically so you couldn't see the dirt however I saw the grime and dirt build up in the dirty shower. The cleaners aren't cleaning well and they steal the plastic cups used for ordering drinks. This hotel is frequented by mainly young British people between the ages of 18-24 and so they are taken advantage of due to being young and not kicking up a fuss. If you are a young person thinking of booking here, be mindful that the management will turn off the WIFI and electricity around 11pm so as to stop people playing music in their rooms. I am going to make a complaint to Love holidays. I want a refund for this god awful hotel!

I’ve gone back and forth about writing this review because, honestly, this hotel does a lot right. There were genuinely some great aspects to our stay, and this experience really didn’t need to end up being as disappointing as it was. I also want to be completely fair about what I’m reviewing. I knew what I was booking. I’m a fair person. This is Ibiza, it’s a lively hotel and it isn’t going to suit everyone. I haven’t complained about the noise, the cleanliness issues, a lift light not working, or even the drug-related rubbish we encountered around (and even in) the pool. I accepted those things as part of the environment and got on with enjoying my holiday. My issue is much simpler: I paid for an all-inclusive holiday, and I don’t feel that I received the all-inclusive food service I paid for. Food temperature and quality became a recurring issue during our stay. On one occasion, fish served from the show cooking area was not properly cooked through. On another, rice from the buffet was extremely cold. When I took it to reception, I was initially told that it was hot. However, the restaurant subsequently checked it and acknowledged that the rice was, in fact, very cold and that there had been a problem with the equipment. That was particularly frustrating because we had already raised concerns about food temperatures, and we were repeatedly given assurances that the buffet temperatures were being monitored correctly. I am not expecting restaurant-quality food at every meal, nor am I expecting everything to be perfect. I am expecting food included in an all-inclusive package to be properly cooked and served at an appropriate temperature. That seems like a reasonable expectation. There were also inconsistencies in the way members of our large group were treated regarding room amenities and welcome items, which added to our frustration. I have no issue whatsoever with other guests receiving upgrades or additional gestures — good for them. My concern is simply the lack of consistency and the explanations we were given when we queried it. I raised all of these issues directly with the hotel and gave them every opportunity to address them during our stay. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the responses properly addressed the central issue. I have now submitted a formal complaint because, for me, this is ultimately about fairness. I have paid for a service, and I believe it is reasonable to expect to receive that service. It’s a shame, because as I said at the beginning, the hotel does a lot right. With better consistency around the food and a more satisfactory approach to resolving genuine guest concerns, this could have been a very different review. I’m still enjoying Ibiza and making the most of the rest of our holiday — just eating out - adding expense to my stay. A disappointing experience, particularly because it really didn’t need to be.

Had a beautiful sea view at the Vibra district on the 6th floor and the views were amazing. The rooms are lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The balcony was quite big compared to some of the other rooms. The air con didn’t seem to work so I would not want to stay in the hot summers months. The rooms with a pool view seemed alot noisier so really glad we had the sea view. 3/4 hotel age range I would say is 18-35 which a quarter of over 40’s. My daughter and I enjoyed the location of the hotel and our stay just wish the food was hot as all meals we had the food was barely like warm which was disappointing. Staff were all really friendly and very accommodating.
