Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Adult Only Hotel

Location: poor as it’s far from the marina, restaurants, and more importantly in the direct flight path of planes landing just overhead from 6am-midnight (very loud). We booked the swim up suite thinking we would be further away from the noise but our rooms 4003 and 4004 were probably in the worst hallway possible. After the music stopped at 11pm there was continuous loud noise from staff throwing away cans and glass bottles for another 1-2 hours. They left the doors open to the hallway all evening so there was no buffer from the music or other noises. Then, they started power washing and flushing pipes? Under the grates in the hallway every AM for a few hours. They were talking and yelling at each other the entire time. I was unable to sleep during these periods even with earplugs. It was quiet from 1:30-6am unless there were people at the swim up pool. There is no sound insulation from that pool as well. Long story short, not the hotel for you if you want to sleep for more than 4-5 hours. The Unexpected Hotel next door may be a quieter option but still in the flight path so??? The beach was great and we enjoyed the beach club. Gym was great. Breakfast was great. Staff was great except for one beach waiter who kept asking me to give him a 20% tip (on a $500 bill). I gave him 10% and he said “really?!” In a very irritated tone. Not acceptable.

Beautiful hotel, but customer care was deeply disappointing. If something unexpected happens that is outside your control, don’t expect empathy or a genuine effort to help. My case involved months of delays, conflicting information, and no real resolution. Luxury is not only about the property it is about how guests are treated when problems arise. Unfortunately, this hotel failed that test.

Diana Jarcau from the concierge team made our stay even more special. She took care of every detail and fulfilled all of our requests with exceptional professionalism and kindness. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any five-star hotel. The rooms are beautiful as well. As for the parties, the atmosphere was incredible. During our stay, we attended David Guetta and Ozuna, and on the day of our check-out, we spent the afternoon by the pool before buying tickets to attend Dimitri Vegas that evening. It was the best beef tartare I’ve ever had, and without a doubt, the best Beef Wellington as well! The pool is beautiful, and the atmosphere is simply perfect. The music starts after 1:00 PM, creating a great vibe throughout the afternoon. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other venues in Ibiza. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it! We will definitely be coming back every year. It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Ushuaïa, and a very special thank you to Diana!
