Riviera Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Clean and great selection of food and drink. Bar staff are really professional and friendly, they and Eva Sanchez and othere on the entertainment team made the trip. Rooms were cleaned well everyday and lovely white towels! Overall great experience and value. We will be back. The watet taxi is 5 euroes and 15 minutes walk to get to the bay. Always get a taxi at the square if you dont want to walk all the way back. Two pools and no silly early morning pool beds! Great value all round.

Fantastic value for money, clean, entertainment is good fun Eva is very good at her job and always has such positive energy. Mates and Gabriel, and the Hungarian lady on the bar down stairs fantastic, again friendly, chatty and also contributing to us having a fabulous stay. Only down side is the two young women on reception, their people skills need some work, their tone is rude and dismissive.

We have stayed here before and I really liked it so wanted to come back...never again will we return! The hotel is the same, if you upgrade to be at the front, there is a beautiful sea/pool view (unlike the back which basically a building site), its clean, smells nice, food is ok, snack bar is good and room is fine BUT... This hotel has basically turned into a party hotel. In the 4 nights we've been here, we had MAXIMUM 2 hours sleep each night! The walls are paper thin, especially the bathroom! You can literally here next doors pee trickle! So you can imagine what them having a party till dawn sounds like! We like the odd party, we go out sometimes but when we get back we are respectful of our neighbours and are quiet unlike what felt like everyone else in the hotel! We only had someone one side as we were in room 143 so the other side was cleaners but even that was a nightmare because it was constant water gushing that sounded that loud it was like a pipe bursting. Night 1- people next door set off the alarms after partying for hours. The alarms then got turned off but continued to go on and off for the rest of the night. Night 2- sounded like people above and next to us were throwing furniture around all night. Night 3- we went out to ushuaiai and didn't get in till 2. We had about 2 hours peace then the noise started and lasted until about 7. When we got up, a couple we met at the hotel were sat in the lobby waiting for their transfer and said they had absolutely no sleep as the noise near their room had been relentless and they were the other side of the hotel! Night 4- the worst. I had zero sleep. My OH got woken up after about an hour sleep then was awake the whole rest of the night! The noise was ridiculous! The whole corridor sounded so loud and our neighbours were crashing about, shouting, banging, coming in and out of their room. My partner banged on the bathroom door and shouted at them to shut up...after that it was quieter but still kept us awake! I have stayed in both vibra district AND ibiza rocks hotel which are both known party hotels and are far quieter than this which is a hotel that has families! If id brought my kids i would have been absolutely fuming! We told the staff twice. They weren't interested! Just a sorry and that was it! Shame because the hotel itself, i actually really like and the location too but we wont back. Remo and estanol (sister hotels) are where we will go back to next time!
