AVOID! This has now changed to the Soho House Farmhouse. On approaching the farmhouse it is absolute chaos with a rubbish dump on the side of the entrance, followed by rudeness that reminded me of the way staff treat you in the West End of London. Well, this is NOT London and they should be more respectful to customers. We then walked into what I would call it a starbuck's coffee seating area with guests on their tablets. The facilities are inadequate and you get an hour slot on the sun deck, pool and spa area. The restaurant in the garden is just serving the standard Soho House fayre and took an hour to get served and receive our first drink. The garden was oversubscribed, the service was abysmal and we were told to leave our table as our two hour slot was over even though we hadn't finished our meal. A disgrace and rude! I would recommend anyone to go to any other Agroturismo (farmhouse hotels) on the island and have a better and more enjoyable experience!

Wish I could go lower than 1.
Soon they will become SoHo House which is great b/c they are clearly going downhill and unable to sustain the place.
I tried my best to resolve the issues with the hotel, and despite in the end deciding I only wanted to forget my experience there, and just asked them to stop sending me auto-requests almost daily for a review (and an inability to unsubscribe to their e-list) or else I would post about my experience, they have not stopped.
Gave them 3 months and three chances, so here goes:
First: there were nice aspects to the place (lovely setting and location, most comfortable bedding ever, potential for wonderful food grown right on the property that was often unrealized).
My biggest complaint was the staff -- insincere at best (could hear them complain about their management and the demanding guests despite their fake smiles... several quit the week I was there) and at worst was a front desk person who was clearly a con artist (I had the evidence in a series of harassing texts he sent me - I eventually shared them with the owner who seemed unimpressed and not surprised... she told me not to worry my complaints would get him fired because help was hard to find and he was limited, so in the right job).
They also named dropped constantly (no discretion, the owner as well as the staff) - which celebrities and what European royalty had stayed there and heresy about their specific compliments... almost to the point where it seemed I was supposed to feel 'lucky' they allowed me to stay there.
As for the facilities: the pool was OK, but the spa area (hot tub, sauna, etc.) was by advanced reservation only, one guest per hour, and frankly smelled like mold / mildew, was dated and wholly unappealing. It was so uninviting I cancelled any treatments because I didn't want to be in the space at all.
The restaurants had some very good food, and some misses. There was limited selection because of low occupancy and little outside property diners. One night an unexpected dinner crowd of 12-14 arrived from off-site just as I was ordering, and they kept telling me I couldn't order the things I wanted since those were the items the larger party might want and they didn't want to run out of food!

My daughter and I had an extended stay together at Cas Gasi. There is nothing that is not filled with love and care in this beautiful sustainable rural idyll. It's the most real and genuine hotel we've ever stayed in. We loved:
The warmest welcome from Cali who settled us into our room after midnight (delayed flight arrival) and arranged a tray of garden salad sprinkled with edible flowers, crystal bread with homegrown tomatoes and the best Iberian ham. Perfect, we felt we'd come home!
The whole Cas Gasi team, it felt to us that everyone was genuinely attuned to what we needed and wanted to get out of our stay. Even Viz the adorable hotel dog came to make friends with us!
The food! Surrounded by vegetable beds, olive groves, fruit trees, you feel the connection between the land and what arrives on your plate. It's simple, exquisite, it feeds the soul it really is that good and the coffee is great!
Our sweet traditional room in the main house with shuttered windows overlooking the pool, farmland and mountains beyond and our pretty little terrace that became a favourite spot for al fresco room service and watching sunsets.
The peace and tranquility of the spa and pool area, the gardens - you see flowers growing in beds one day and in vases and on your food the next, it fills the senses!
Many thanks to both Margaret the owner for creating this uniquely special place and to Cali for all the heart you put into our stay.
