First impressions, stunning hotel, but this was only because of the location, then it all changed. The food was absolutely terrible, very limited choice, served cold and of poor quality which meant we had to eat out most nights which is frustrating when you have paid for half board but simply cannot eat the food (many guests were saying the same) and Ibiza is not cheap. The Hotel policy is `No Reserving Sunbeds Before 09:30`which I totaly agree with, however when we went down to the pool area normaly around 09:00 almost every sunbed had towels on them and many had nobody on them until late afternoon. I blame the hotel for not upholding its policies. Overall the hotel is average, nothing special, no toiletries in the bathroom except for a bottle of body wash not even a box of tissues, no icecreams available at the pool bar, rooms were satisfactory with comfortable beds, views were amazing, staff were friendly and helpfull. This hotel has the potential to be something special but sadly its disapointing.

Don’t go to this hotel, our room 106 stunk of sewerage, cleanliness poor upon arrival, fixtures and fittings in poor condition. Food very poor on occasions either undercooked or overcooked. Food choices very poor. Staff can’t understand english, cannot speak english, some extremely poor carrying out simple tasks. The evening meal on the 26th Sept descended into chaos like a scene from Fawlty Towers. The whole place looking very tired and they claim it’s a 4 Star, not a chance. When the hotel closes for winter i suggest the owners need to bulldoze the entire hotel.

Another excellent and relaxing holiday at Ses Estaques. Location is perfect and staff are so friendly and attentive. Rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean. Prior to our holiday we read some negative reviews regarding the food. We don't understand them as we found both the quality and presentation of the food to be excellent. Special shout out to Olivia and Xavi (restaurant), Carlos (bar) and Monica (office)
