Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Fenicia. It was spotless throughout, very well maintained, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Isobel in the kids club, who made our stay so memorable. We visited every day because our little girl absolutely loved it. We had assumed the kids' club would mainly be for older children, but it catered brilliantly for toddlers too. Isobel was amazing. She greeted our daughter by name every day, encouraged her to try different toys, and always suggested new activities she thought she would enjoy. One day she saw us looking at some Spanish storybooks together, and the following day she had thoughtfully brought in a selection of English books she knew we'd like. It was such a kind and personal touch. Isobel is a real asset to the hotel and a genuinely lovely person. She made our daughter feel so special and played a huge part in making our holiday such a positive experience. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic stay – we would happily return!

Lovely hotel. We had a fantastic time which was all too brief, unfortunately, due to work commitments. However the stay at the hotel was perfect, made so much more memorable by the service provided by the staff. They were all friendly, courteous and attentive. The way they looked after our children was lovely to see and all three of them loved the attention they received. I hope we will go back to stay there again soon.

Rooms, facilities, food and staff were excellent as per usual. This was our eighth visit and we shall return again.
