Had the best experience ever in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and the services were top notch. I loved how the room was clean every time we returned to our room. The breakfast spread was elaborate and too amazing!! Higly recommend the stay.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Much more than a hotel We have had the luck to stay at the Hotel Fenicia Spa & Suites, in Ibiza, and we can only say one thing: THANK YOU. From the first moment to the last, our experience was simply spectacular. It is one of those places that not only meets what you expect from a five-star hotel, but also makes you leave thinking: “what a shame it’s over.” The hotel is beautiful, cared for down to the smallest detail, and from the moment you enter, it conveys a sense of tranquility, elegance, and well-being that makes you completely disconnect. The facilities are magnificent, the rooms are wonderful, and everything is designed to make the stay comfortable, relaxing, and special. But if there is one thing we want to highlight above all else, it is the human touch. The staff was incredible: attentive, kind, professional, and, above all, approachable. You can tell when someone does their job, and you can tell even more when they do it with care and vocation. And here, that is felt in every corner. We felt cared for, pampered, and truly at home, which is quite an achievement for a hotel of this category. Every small detail, every attention, and every gesture made our stay even more special. The spa is an absolute wonder, and the general atmosphere of the hotel invites you to relax, enjoy, and forget about the world. The gastronomy, service, cleanliness, tranquility, and the quality of everything offered are on par—and at many times even above—what one expects from a five-star hotel. We are leaving Ibiza super happy and deeply grateful for having spent these days here. We are taking away precious memories, but above all, we are taking away the feeling of having chosen the perfect place for our stay. If you have a busy life and want somewhere to truly switch off, relax and enjoy quality family time, this hotel is absolutely for you. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a welcome drink and incredibly professional, attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is meticulously clean throughout, and it’s clear that a huge amount of care and attention goes into everything. The staff are fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble, and their attention to detail really makes the experience. We especially loved the pool area. The lifeguard and pool manager do an excellent job of keeping it clean, calm and peaceful. No large inflatables are allowed, which makes such a difference and creates a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. It’s also fantastic that families can use the spa every day. Our teenage girls absolutely loved the experience, and once again, everything was spotlessly clean. We also really appreciated the requirement to wear swimming caps — it’s a small detail, but one that shows the hotel genuinely cares about keeping the facilities clean and hygienic. The food at the pool bar was the best we ate during our stay, and the service matched the quality of the experience perfectly. It has been a long time since we enjoyed a family holiday this much. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay! The hotel is also a great base for exploring Ibiza, with easy ferry access. We’d particularly recommend Formentera and Cala Llonga, while Ibiza Town is also close by. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. A huge thank you to every member of staff for all your hard work, care and attention. You’ve created somewhere families can truly relax, feel looked after and enjoy time together. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
